Today, I want to share my fitness and workout journey with you guys. I’ve been doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a couple of years now, but with breaks in between. To me, fashion and having a fit/healthy lifestyle – this includes having a great body shape – is part of it. I personally like it very much, wearing (sexy) clothes without seeing ‘love handles’ around.
